Justin, If I understand you correctly, you are concerned about the settled biodiesel picking up small amounts glycerin from the processed but unsettled fuel.

in that situation, if I am concerned, I would simply divert the first quart and toss it back into the collected WVO tank.

Well I am processing in a 80 gallon apple-seed setup, but settling in a separate tank. I then send my settled biodiesel another seperate wash tank.

Hi Justin, I am not sure what you are concerned about. I use one pump for just about everything; It is the pump used to load, process, transfer to the wash

I have just finished my processor and 1 question remains. I am pulling, processing, settling and washing from the same pump.

I haven't brewed in a while. Surgery and life got in the way. Right now I simply blend WVO and petrol Diesel.
